In the process of following each of our own personalized nutrition plans,
we started to GET SKINNY!
The main staple of our nutrition plan is the Bieler Soup,
but we like to call it the Skinny Soup!
Dr. Henry G. Bieler, author of Food is Your Best Medicine,
created the nutrient-rich soup,
or Bieler's Broth as it's properly called, to heal his patients.
It also is good for energy and weight loss because it cleanses the liver naturally.

Bieler Soup
In a saucepan of rapidly boiling water, place 1 lb. of cut up green beans, 2 lbs. of cut up zucchini, 3 cut up celery stalks, plus a handful of chopped parsley. Cook for 10-15 minutes, until just tender. Take off heat and let sit with lid off saucepan for 5 minutes. Place in blender to mix well. Can be served hot or cold.
